Facilities Report Card

Facilities Services is responsible for the stewardship over the operation, maintenance, and renewal of 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ’s facilities.  We accomplish this by performing routine equipment maintenance, replacing worn out building components, and renovating space to meet the evolving needs of our university campuses.  We take pride in our work and are confident that we are doing an excellent job.  In order to get an unbiased opinion, 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ contracts with an independent company, Gordian, that reviews and grades hundreds of universities on their stewardship of their facilities.  Gordian compares 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵA, 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵF, and 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵS against other universities of similar size and composition.  Some of the key performance indicators that Gordian investigates include; energy efficiency, facilities investment, building renovation age, and backlog of deferred maintenance.
