We heard from staff in the 2023 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ Employee Feedback Survey about the importance of inclusion for job satisfaction. This month the 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ HR Talent Acquisition and Development Team has curated a collection of videos that explore critical themes of inclusiveness and diversity, emphasizing the importance of recognizing and addressing unconscious bias in our daily interactions and offering practical strategies for enhancing communication.
