October Training Spotlight: Inclusiveness & Understanding Bias

We heard from staff in the 2023 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓÆµ Employee Feedback Survey about the importance of inclusion for job satisfaction. This month the 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓÆµ HR Talent Acquisition and Development Team has curated a collection of videos that explore critical themes of inclusiveness and diversity, emphasizing the importance of recognizing and addressing unconscious bias in our daily interactions and offering practical strategies for enhancing communication. Through engaging narratives and expert insights, learn how to become effective allies, fostering supportive environments that celebrate differences and promote equitable representation.
