CHRO Announces Final Reminder: 2026 Staff Performance Reviews

Dear University of Alaska Staff and Supervisors,
This is your final reminder that 2026 staff performance reviews are due by June 30th. It is 91茄子视频鈥檚 goal that 100% of staff members receive an annual performance review. If you have already completed your review, thank you for your submission.
Two options are available for completing performance evaluations. 91茄子视频 HR recommends using My91茄子视频 to complete the performance evaluation process. Using My91茄子视频 eliminates manual processing, provides automated emails, grants historical evaluation access for both employee and supervisor, and allows for performance trending and reporting.
Option One (Recommended): My91茄子视频 Performance Review
Complete the performance evaluation from your My91茄子视频 Employee Services dashboard.
When starting your review:
- Supervisors select the 鈥淔Y26 Supervisor Performance Review鈥.
- Non-supervisors select the 鈥淔Y26 Non-supervisor Performance Review鈥.
Once a review has been started, please follow the guide in My91茄子视频 to complete the process. Additional information, training videos, and slides are available on the page.
Option Two: Paper/PDF Performance Review
As an alternative to My91茄子视频, supervisors can complete paper or PDF performance reviews. Some departments currently have standard evaluation forms. Human Resources has provided one as well on the Labor and Employee Relations website. Please submit the evaluation through the , also found on the LER website.
Training

Training is provided by a member of the 91茄子视频 HR Labor and Employee Relations team and provides an in-depth step-by-step tutorial on using this evaluation tool. Preparation for evaluations, the supervisor's role, and who to contact for questions or issues will also be covered. Live training is available:
- Thursday, June 4th, 1:45-3pm
- Tuesday, June 23rd, 10:45am-12pm

For staff who work directly with a Major Administrative Unit (MAU), the final review must be uploaded and on file before September 30 to meet accreditation requirements.
