2025 W-2 Processing Underway
91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ HR Accounting is in the process of finalizing 2025 W‑2 forms which are scheduled to be available by the end of January. Employees may choose to receive their W‑2 form electronically through 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵOnline. Mailing address updates and electronic consent preferences must be submitted via 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵOnline no later than January 13. Any changes made after this date will not be reflected on the 2025 W‑2.
The electronic W‑2 option can be found in 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵOnline under the Taxes drop‑down menu on the employee dashboard. Please note that electronic regulatory consent must be provided in order to access an electronic W‑2. Employees who opt to receive an electronic W‑2 will not receive a paper copy.
