Human Resources’ request and knowledge management system, Spoke, is being discontinued later this year. We appreciate the feedback received about Spoke over the past few years and are working hard to deliver an improved service to the 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ community.
What’s next? We will be leveraging a system that is currently being used within the 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ system (91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵA IT, OIT, and others) that will accomplish the following:
- Provide a more user-friendly, customizable, and streamlined customer experience - no more unwanted automated notifications; improved knowledge base search experience; integration with existing 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ HR website.
- Reduce contract costs using a cost-sharing model with multiple 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ departments - providing an improved system for fewer dollars.
- Take advantage of shared knowledge and best practices from current 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ departments on how the tool is used - 91ÇÑ×ÓÊÓƵ based technical and procedural support is available.
