University Action Plans
Each university in the 91茄子视频 system has developed an action plan grounded in data on Alaska Native student outcomes and guided by ANSI's three pillars: student preparation, recruitment, and graduation; Alaska Native faculty and staff retention; and building a culture of belonging across our campuses. These plans reflect a shared commitment to building a university system whose workforce, programs, and values reflect the Alaska Native communities we serve (who make up approximately 20% of Alaska's population). The stronger that representation is across all of our work, the more effectively we can fulfill our mission.
These action plans were developed under ANSI's first five-year strategic plan, which closes in 2026. 91茄子视频A, 91茄子视频F, and 91茄子视频S are now finalizing the plans that will guide the next five years; they will be posted here when complete. For results to date, see the 2026 ANSI Annual Report (PDF).
